Refund or Exchange Policy

Refunds Viral Lids stands behind its products. Our Refund Policy allows Refund or Exchange as specified below.
Eligibility for Refunds


Only the original purchaser may apply for a Refund or Exchange. Viral Lids provides Refunds if you purchased a product for personal non-commercial use and not for resale, and are not satisfied with your product, or the product you received is damaged or defective. Refunds are also accepted for sale products. You may send us an email to request a refund at support@virallids.com
To be eligible for a Refund, you may send us an email to request a refund at support@virallids.com. A Request for Refund or Exchange Form may be required at the Company’s discretion with any request for Refund or Exchange. Any additional information requested by the company beyond that required in the Refund or Exchange Form must be provided.


Additional Information May Be Requested Under circumstances suggesting to Viral Lids that a request for a Refund or Exchange may violate Company policy or other terms of sale, Viral Lids may determine in its sole discretion that additional information shall be required to assist the company in confirming that company policy and terms of use were complied with. In that event, a consumer may be asked for additional information, or may be asked to fill out, sign and return the Return/Exchange Form found here [hyperlink “here” to form]. In some circumstances, such as incomplete, ambiguous or illegible responses on a Return/Exchange Form, the Company may seek clarification of the information therein. Failure to respond to a request for additional information or to cooperate in clarification of the circumstances of the purchase, or failure to respond to a request for information within a commercially reasonable period as determined by the company in its sole discretion, will void a Refund or Exchange request.

Refunds


Once your request for Refund or Exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your Request for Refund or Exchange. We will also notify you of whether the Request for Refund or Exchange is approved, or whether we require additional information. If your Request for Refund or Exchange is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment after the item is returned. Please lookout for a return shipping label in your email inbox once the return is approved. You will also be notified if your Request for Refund or Exchange will not be approved.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, contact your credit card company: it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by the company. Then check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@virallids.com.

Sale items


Sale items are still eligible for a full refund under the previous guidelines.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you, for the original price paid less cost of shipping. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping


Before returning your product for a Return or Exchange, you must wait to receive notice that your Request for Return or Exchange has been accepted. You will be informed of the address to ship your product if your request is accepted. The time that it takes for shipping the replacement product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
